The Bridge Building

Located downtown on the riverfront, this historic landmark is the premier Nashville destination for any special occasion. Originally built in 1908, the modernized building has been recognized as one of the "greenest" buildings in the world.
Built in 1908, the Bridge Building served as an office building for the Nashville Bridge Company (NABRICO). Recognized early on for their work on bridges, NABRICO became known as the world's largest producer of inland barges after producing dozens of vessels for the U.S. Navy during WWII.
In the 90s, construction of the city's new NFL stadium required demolition of the East Bank's industrial facilities. The only structure spared was the original NABRICO building, along with two additions constructed in 1923 and 1965.
Today, the Bridge Building has been renovated for use in the 21st century. The renovation focused on restoring the architecture of the original two structures while bringing modern day infrastructure and safety features to the space. The new addition serves as a symbolic icon, recalling the lost heritage of the site.
Infinity Hospitality Group opened the Bridge Building Event Spaces in 2012.
