This allows the representatives to become experts in their portfolio. In total, we have 22 customer service reps globally, ready to assist you in your product/service needs. 

As the Customer Service Manager for our Normal Human and Animal business, part of my responsibilities is to help guide our customers to the products that are best suited for them. Whether it be which anticoagulant to use or getting fresh material delivered same day, my team of experienced representatives and I can assist you in ordering a unique product tailored to your needs.

### Chris Fisher, Customer Service Manager

I have been with BioIVT for five years and was recently promoted to the Customer Service Manager of the Normal Human and Animal Division. I have a decade of experience in client relationship success, having spent time in various customer-facing roles ranging from retail and sales management to product management.  In my free time, I enjoy boating, watching the NY Yankees almost make it to the World Series, and fanboying over Billy Joel. I work hard to ensure clients receive a consistently high level of service every time they reach out to BioIVT for their biospecimen needs.
