Drug discovery programs frequently benefit by evaluating compounds in a stable, *in vivo*-relevant, long-term![HEP WBR_SS](https://info.bioivt.com/hs-fs/hubfs/HEP%20WBR_SS.png?width=314&name=HEP%20WBR_SS.png) hepatic model. Compared to conventional suspension or plated hepatocyte models, long-term systems can provide important metabolism and toxicity data, especially for low-turnover compounds.

This webinar will provide an overview of the HEPATOPAC® system, a micropatterned hepatocyte-fibroblast co-culture that remains viable for several weeks. HEPATOPAC study design methods and data have been extensively published in peer-reviewed journals, as these cultures are used to address unique research problems.
