This poster explores the differences in metabolite formation rates with cryopreserved primary hepatocytes in various incubation buffers, including INVITROGRO™ KHB, Sigma KHB, Williams' E, and PBS. Differences in rates can be seen in those incubation buffers both between species (Human, SD Rat, and Beagle Dog) and between common CYP450 enzyme substrates.
